Just A Note of Thanks!

To All Of You:

Someone commented while reading this forum, that "you don't have a lot of members, but it certainly looks like you have got some very good members."

I have to agree, I will take QUALITY over QUANTITY anytime!

I am not new to User Groups. I had several over the past - well since 1994, when I had my first YAHOO! Group. It had 400+ members at the time, which was thought to be BIG .. but only a handful of people actually posted. They are still friends to this day.

You all are great and I mean that. I've come to APPRECIATE the members in this group more then you can realize!

know that you all are "REAL" with your thoughts, prayers and emotions shared. That actually means something to me. I've had groups where people "pretended" to be "nice" - "kind" and such ... and you knew it was 'to look good' instead of being honestly good.

Why this post?

I'm tired of the 'games' and as I was talking to my friend about this group, I told him, "You know. I would have no concerns giving any of them my personal phone number, because I know them well enough that I realize I totally would trust them!

He just went, "Wow. I would have to agree, based on what I have read. These people could indeed be trusted." (You cannot say that about just any group! Trust me, I know.)

Wanna hear something funny? (don't think I mentioned it before (but if I did pretend I didn't). After I first joined and posted a couple times (and I was kinda scared) I got an Email saying I was watching some topic......OMG I'm being stalked!!!!!

Well Friday, last they had to take me into emergency surgery. My knee was so swollen ... they found out I had "hemotam's on the left side of the long scar" and had to clean them up, as they were turning into clots.

So The scar is now "new" again. He looked at it today and stated, "It looks, and I say this very cautiousl, we might now be on the right track. So NO CPM (Continual Passive Motion) machine. Even the Warfarin, blood Pro-Time is not to go above 2.3.

So I'm off even PT for right now and limited movement. and I have a tad bit longer scar then I did before Friday.

I had to agree w/Rissa, the 4 1/2 year odd.
