Let's Change/Add Some things?

Okay - I to keep some of the old flavor of The Coffee Shop --> But I also want to do some "new" stuff.
So some ideas and feel free to add to it:
HOT TOPICS: / FUN TOPICS:
These can be stuff In The News - But non-political. It can be "Good News", we could use some of that.
FUN TOPICS - Like what is your favorite (Food) - (Hobby) - (TV show) ...???
I will have a forum for Science - Astronomy - Technology.
Paranormal - Psi
Specific Hobbies -
.. Other ideas?

All though I didn't get in to it much the sports section was popular as was pets

Jj I am not sure what is going on but I can't insert smileys or links into any posts.
I was going to start some threads but the link tab will work but when I click ok it doesn't do anything - the same with the smilies - it shows HTML is ON BBCode is ON Smilies are ON.
Could this be from my using Opera as a browser?

I show that they work:
<- Goal or Raised Hands Smiley is what you should see. I have them on the R-Side of the screen. Since I know little to nothing about "Opera" that would be my first guess?

I'm still adding groups ... trying to go from my memory on this. I'm getting there... Will add Writings - Stories in the HOBBY section.
